Holiday Inn Express & Suites Lincoln I - 80, an IHG Hotel

Enjoyed the quiet location and the staff. The hotels cleanliness was great as well.

It was Christmas eve when we checked in. A bit past midnight. The front desk person was kind and to the point and available upon entry. Our beds were very comfortable and my husband and i are very particular about our beds. Breakfast was available when we left first thing Christmas morning. Hot coffee, and many options both healthy and substantial with a microwave available if we wanted breakfast sandwiches. It was Christmas day so we knew the entire warm breakfast wasn't going to be available. But the spread was perfect. We checked out quickly and the men working were friendly despite having to miss their Christmas morning with family.

It was super clean, the bed was very comfortable, and I liked the pump soaps and shampoos. The location was convenient. The staff was very helpful

Our first room had not been cleaned, the beds weren’t made, towels on the floor and it smelled bad. However, the very sweet woman at the front desk gave us a new room, which was an upgrade from our original room. Very spacious and clean!!

Location perfect, breakfast mediocre, tub was slippery with only one grab bar in not a helpful place,.no view. Staff friendly
